The Heavy Duty Series is different from the other BENZ-Series because of its special lubrication. Its oil bath lubrication minimizes the wearout and increases the lifetime of the aggregate.
As the body size of the heavy duty series is marginally larger, we are able to equip both the MONO and DUO with a 1 : 0.676 gear ratio which makes them more suitable for heavy sawing applications. This decreased gear ratio allows the electro spindle to maintain a higher
horsepower and torque range as most sawblades and cutterheads require a lower rotation speed than router bits.
MONO
This aggregate is available as a standard product with an outlet connection fixed at 90 °. The unit can be built with a fixed angle other than 90 ° for a surcharge. As this unit is only available with a maximum input speed of 10,000 RPM and a gear ratio of 1 : 1.5, it is ideally
suited for horizontal routing applications, horizontal drilling/boring applications and light sawing applications. Output connections options are available for these 3 applications. The price of this unit is not affected by the choice of output connection.
As the result of our modular design system all aggregates are able to be manually rotated from 0 to 360 (resp. 4 times from 0 to 90) on the horizontal plane.
